Preparation & Usage
Liga Original is suitable as from 6 months of age. When pureed it should be finely crumbled and fully mixed with warm breast or formula milk, alternatively you can mix with pureed fruit or vegetables. If you believe that your child is ready to eat a biscuit straight from the packet, Liga Original is suitable as from 10 months. However, please note that the labelled ages above only serve as indications. All babies develop at an individual pace. If you have any queries about your baby's diet please contact your GP. Make sure that your child is sitting upright when eating and is under adult supervision. Recommended use: Fruit porridge: mix 1/4 of finely crumbled biscuit per tablespoon (15ml) of fruit that is squeezed, sieved or mashed & mix to a consistent structure. Vegetable porridge: mix 1/4 of finely crumbled biscuit per tablespoon (15ml) of cooked and mashed vegetables & mix to a consistent structure. Let the porridge cool to the desired temperature. Follow-up milk porridge: prepare the milk according to the instructions, add one crumbled biscuit per 125 ml milk and shake till you get a consistent structure. Let the porridge cool down to the desired temperature. Liga advises not to save porridge for later use. Liga advises to eat a healthy and varied diet to live a healthy life. 6 to 10 months: only serve pureed. 10 months onwards: also straight from the pack.
