Dunn's of Dublin have been smoking salmon since 1822. Although times have changed our recipe has not. We use the finest quality fresh salmon reared in the fast flowing waters of the Atlantic Ocean. Each fillet is hand salted and smoked over the finest quality oak chips.

Preparation & Usage

Opening Suggestion: Remove product from packaging and separate slices 15 minutes before serving. This product is ready to eat. Try something different Our smoked salmon is delicious simply served on Irish wheaten bread with Irish butter and a squeeze of lemon juice but why not try something different: Spread Irish cream cheese on a freshly toasted bagel, layer with Dunn's smoked salmon and crack some fresh black pepper over the top. Cut into strips and add to scrambled eggs. Serve on warm buttered toast Spread cream cheese on a tortilla wrap, add some iceberg lettuce, layer on some smoked salmon and some capers. Roll the tortilla and enjoy!

Storage Guidelines

Keep refrigerated at 0-5°C. Once opened, use within 2 days and by the use by date. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and use within one month. Defrost thoroughly in refrigerator before use. Use within 24 hours of defrosting. Once defrosted, do not refreeze.
