Inspired by my love of nature and the sea, my new Sauvignon Blanc is as exciting as our wild South Pacific Ocean! The wine is vibrant and fresh with aromas of gooseberry and lime and just like my board on the swell the flavours of grapefruit and lime zip and skim across the palate.
