How do I book a slot?
  1. Select the pink 'order details' button at the top of your screen Select Collection or Delivery.
  2. If you select Collection you will be asked to input the location of your store of choice. If you select Delivery, you will have to input your delivery address.
  3. You will then be shown a choice of nearby stores. Click Select Store to choose.
  4. Click the shopping mode button again.
  5. Select Reserve Collection/Delivery Time and select a time slot that suits you.

The slot I want is not available. What can I do? If your delivery slot is not available choose another time slot, or choose a collection slot. Similarly, if collection slots are not available, choose another time or check to see if there are delivery slots
How can I change to a different store?
  1. Click the bar that displays your store on the top right hand of the screen.
  2. Select Change Store. If the store is not within your delivery zone you will only be able to select that store for collection.
How can I add a previous order to my Trolley?
  1. Go to My Account (top right of your screen on desktop. In the menu on mobile).
  2. Choose My Orders to view previous orders. On the right-hand side, select View order Details beside the order you wish to add.
  3. Choose to Select all items to repeat this order or tick the box on each product to select them.
  4. Choose Add selected to cart to add these products to your trolley.
I can't find an item. What can I do? Category and product pages include a Can’t Find It? field. Simply put in the item name, weight/size and the quantity you need.
How do I modify or cancel my order? Orders can be modified up until midnight on the evening your selected delivery or collection date. Simply click Modify or Cancel Order on the confirmation page. You will also find this button in your confirmation email. My Account - My Orders - Click Cancel Order/Modify Order.
What do I do if items are missing from my order? Simply email us with the list of missing items and your order number. One of our agents will be in touch.
How do I swap between Delivery & Collection?
  1. Once logged in select the shopping mode icon in the top-right of your screen.
  2. A drop-down menu will appear showing your default mode of shopping, select Change to amend.
  3. If you switch between shopping modes, you must select a new slot time.
