Low yielding vineyards have produced the fruit for this wine, that has been handled carefully to ensure we achieve great freshness and flavours. Our Chardonnay is pale straw in appearance. White stone fruit entwined with grapefruit and ginger spice, leads to a palate with superfine acidity and superb balance. Enjoy with a wide range of dishes including poultry, seafood and vegetarian dishes.

Villa Maria Private Bin Chardonnay (75 cl), €13.50

Grown in temperate coastal vineyards then bottled at our winery in the crater of a volcano, Villa Maria Private Bin Chardonnay is medium bodied with refreshing acidity. Aromatic and attractive, this leaps out of the glass while crisp honeydew melon balances the rich, peachy and tropical palate. Delightfully fresh and enjoyable.

A Chardonnay straw in colour with green lights; it features aromas of sweet fruits such as pears, melon and cucumber, that after a while are also felt in mouth. In the course of the 4th Century AD, the emergence of the vineyard was intrinsically connected to the founding of the monastry of Marmoutier in 372 AD by Saint Martin. The vineyard grew and acquired its repute through its dedication to white wines. Foucher Lebrun has selected for your enjoyment this 100% Chenin semi-sweet vouvray, with aromas of pear and apricot. It's natural acidity confers it freshness and a perfectly balanced palate. It will be a perfect companion for poultry and desserts. We suggest serving it at 8 to 10°C and wish you a most enjoyable tasting.

Since 1797 Louis Latour has a great tradition of harvesting and vinifying superb white burgundies. This wine from the South of Burgundy is a floral wine with great richness. It shows lovely, nutty and typical apple flavour. It's enjoyable with seafood, Charcuterie, white meats and cheeses.

Winemaking The grapes were harvested in three tiers, each at different sugar levels to add complexity to the final blend. The juice was cold fermented in stainless steel tanks, with no oak contact. Cold- stabilized, fined and filtered prior to bottling. Tasting Notes Bursting with exotic aromas of white peach, passion fruit, yellow citrus, orange blossoms and green pepper. The palate shows lovely fruit concentration, with a delicate texture and a lifting acidity. Pure, focused, elegant and fresh, with lingering notes of guava and citrus fruits on the lengthy, dry finish.

Aresti Trisquel Gran Reserva Sauvignon Blanc 4 Pack (75 cl), €63.96

Origin: This Sauvignon Blanc was hand harvested during March, after a long ripening season in the Leyda Valley, just 8 kms from the Pacific Ocean. The sea's influence and the vineyard's location on the edge of the Maipo river allows for such a slow ripening process with natural breezes and low temperatures originating in the west. Winemaking: 100% hand harvested grapes that are later transported to the cellar to go through a whole cluster press. Fermentation takes place with selected yeast at low temperatures (11-13 °C) in order to preserve the grapes' freshness. No oak is used in any part of the winemaking process. Tasting Notes: This wine stands out for its intense aromas of asparagus and peas offset by herbal undertones. In the mouth, it is crisp and fresh, with a strong acidity and long finish, resulting in a perfectly balanced wine.
