Full-bodied, polished and expertly balanced with velvety tannins and great length.75% Matured in New French and Hungarian Oak barrels. 25% Matured in older French Oak barrels for 60 months.
Willow Hill Shiraz Cabernet (75 cl), €17.29
The Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are harvested from the best slopes in the vineyards. They then undergo temperature controlled fermentation to preserve the pure fruit character. The wine, once fermented spends some time in oak barrels to add complexity and character to the final wine. The result is a rich full bodied wine with aromas of blackberries, chocolate and spice. The palate is full and round with ripe soft tannins, autumnal fruit, cassis and spicy oak. This is a great all round wine, superb on it own and a great match for traditional roast, tomato based pasta dishes and steak. Enjoy!
