A family business established in 1822, Dunn's use only the finest ingredients to produce our Signature Tastes Irish organic smoked salmon. Our organic Irish salmon is farmed to the highest certified organic standards, in Irish Atlantic coastal waters. For a distinctly delicate flavour, sides of salmon are traditionally hand-salted and naturally smoked over applewood chips for a minimum of 10 hours. After this, each side is expertly trimmed and sliced.
