Q1: What is Price Match?
This is a supermarket price match where SuperValu will be the same price (or cheaper) on selected products against comparable Aldi products.
Q2: What Aldi products do SuperValu match?
We match SuperValu Own brand products with comparable Aldi Own Brand products where they fill the same consumer need for all customers purchasing the product for eating or usage occasions. We also match identical branded products sold at Aldi.
Q3: What prices do we check for our Price Match?
We check the price of selected comparable products in-store and/or online at Aldi. The date of the shop will be detailed along with the full list of products on the SuperValu website at SuperValu.ie.
Q4: How do you check Aldi’s prices?
We match the individual price of each product, excluding any promotions, multi-buy offers and any loyalty card prices. We take into account any size or weight difference through applying a pro-rata unit price based on the SuperValu comparable product.
Q5: Where can I find the SuperValu Price Match products?
Look out for the Price Match logo in store and online. The number of Price Matched products may vary per store. Not all Price Matched products are available at all stores. Products matched vary by week and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to amend or remove Price Matched products or remove or amend the Price Match offer at any time.
