Nugan Estate Dreamer's Chardonnay (75 cl), €12.99

Daren Owers, our winemakers, does not enjoy big buttery, oaky chards so we pick our fruit at night to preserve the crisp and bright aromatics and flavors which are present when the fruit is cooler. After the destemming process, we press and ferment the fruit in stainless steel tanks. After the initial alcoholic fermentation we leave the yeast in contact with the juice for 6-8 weeks, stirring every day to build the middle palate texture of the wine. The oak treatment is minimal with this wine and it's all two and three year old barrels, so you can be sure it's crisp and fresh. The critics and our customers have responded well to this approach and we intend to keep it that way. Our mates reckon it's a real summer 'porch punder'! PS - This wine was sustainably farmed and produced in an effort to reduce our carbon footprint.

This great Australian Sauvignon Blanc is a zesty, fruit driven style. Fresh aromas of lime, pineapple and mango, followed by a lively palate of fresh lime and tropical fruit with a lovely crisp, dry finish. Enjoy with a wide range of dishes including seafood, poultry, white meat and pasta.
