Ingredients
4 Tbl Spoons Baileys Tiramisu 700ml Bottle
SuperValu Chocolate Chip Brownie Mix
170g Chocolate Chips
360g Full Fat Cream Cheese
1 Egg
70g Caster Sugar
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 170°C. Line a 20x20cm baking tin with baking parchment.
- Start by mixing the batter for our brownie mix.
- Add in the chocolate chips. Set aside while you make the cheesecake mix.
- In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, egg, sugar and Baileys Tiramisu.
- Pour ¾ of the brownie mix into the lined tin. Pour the cheesecake mix on top.
- Spoon blobs of the remaining brownie mix on top of the cheesecake mix and drag through with a skewer or knife to achieve a swirl effect.
- Cover the tin with foil to prevent the cheesecake from browning in the oven.
- Bake for 40 minutes, or until the sides of the brownies have set, but the centre is still wobbly.
- Allow to cool in the tin. When the brownies have cooled completely, remove from the tin in one piece (this should be easily done by lifting the parchment). Place on a board and cut into squares.
- Store brownies in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. These can be made in advance and frozen.
- Enjoy reheated or cold from the fridge.
