Once you have 250 tokens, choose from a range of practical cookware and enjoy a discounted price. Available to Real Rewards members in participating stores, while stocks last.
The full price will show at online checkout. If you have 250 tokens on your account, the discount will be applied during order processing on the day of collection or delivery. If not, you will pay full price. Check your token balance in the Real Rewards app.

What is the Chefclub® Token promotion?
This promotion allows Real Rewards members to collect Chefclub® Tokens when they shop in participating SuperValu stores or online, and redeem those tokens for selected Chefclub® items.
How do I earn Chefclub® Tokens?
You earn 1 Chefclub® Token for every €1 spent in a participating SuperValu store or on the SuperValu online shop when you scan your Real Rewards card during the transaction.
Who can take part in this promotion?
This offer is exclusive to Real Rewards members and is available only in participating SuperValu stores and online.
Which products do not qualify for tokens?
Tokens are not awarded on the purchase of:
- Lotto and lottery tickets
- Phone top-up vouchers and call cards
- GAA tickets
- Gift vouchers
- Postage stamps and savings stamps
- Tobacco products and nicotine inhaling products
- Certain medicines
- Fuel, except coal, gas, peat and wood
- Infant formula
- Deposit return scheme charges

How many tokens do I need to redeem a Chefclub® item?
You need to collect 250 Chefclub® Tokens to redeem a Chefclub® item.
How do I redeem my Chefclub® Tokens online?
To redeem your tokens online:
- Make sure you have collected 250 Chefclub® Tokens
- Add your chosen Chefclub® item to your trolley
- Proceed to checkout
- The full price will show at checkout, the discount will be applied during order processing on the day of collection or delivery
I have 250 tokens. Why does it still show the full price at checkout?
The full price always shows at online checkout. If you have 250 tokens on your account, the discounted price will be applied during order processing on the day of collection or delivery. If you do not have 250 tokens at that time, you will be charged the full price. Check your token balance in the Real Rewards app. Terms and conditions apply.
Is there a limit to how many times I can redeem tokens?
No. You can collect and redeem 250 tokens multiple times while stocks last.
Do Chefclub® Tokens have a cash value?
No. Chefclub® Tokens have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
What happens to unused tokens?
Any unused Chefclub® Tokens will be removed from your account when the promotion ends.
When can I collect Chefclub® Tokens?
Tokens can be collected from 29 January until 6 May 2026.
When can I redeem Chefclub® Tokens?
Tokens can be redeemed from 29 January until 20 May 2026.
Do Chefclub® products come with a guarantee?
Yes. All Chefclub® products included in this promotion come with a 2 year guarantee.
Can SuperValu change or end the promotion?
Yes. Stores reserve the right to amend, substitute or withdraw the offer in whole or in part at any time during the promotional period.
