Il Capolavoro is created with Italian love, carefully selected to be enjoyed with food and friends. Appassimento wines are created by doing a natural partial dehydration of the grapes, in order to produce a greater concentration of colours, aromas and flavours. This wine has an intense, deep ruby red color with a very fruity, rich, spicy and black pepper nose. The taste is also full of body, very intense and spicy, yet smooth and full of flavours.

Sartori di Verona Valpolicella Ripasso (75 cl), €17.99

Produced following the "ripasso" vinification process, the wine is left on pomace, imparting its spicy aroma and full body.

Costa Mediana (middle hill in English) represents this native knowledge which is the result of a sincere devotion to the most precious element we have: the earth! Amarone This wine is obtained through a particular technique which is peculiar to Valpolicella area. Deep purple red, ripe fruits and luscious nose, full body, highly alcoholic yet so round to remind a certain natural sweetness. Amarone matches perfectly grilled red meat dishes and seasoned cheeses.

The Barolo is produced with Nebbiolo grapes grown in the eleven municipalities of the DOCG. Its great structure is ennobled by a 3 year maturation of which at least 2 years in wooden barrels. A wine of red color with garnet hues, an ethereal, intense perfume and a dry, full, robust, austere but velvety and harmonious body. Aging potential / years: 7 - 15.

Siccari is Sicilian dialect for sun-dried; we let our finest grapes dry naturally in the Sicilian sunshine, a wine-making style called Appassimento. The juice in the grapes becomes very concentrated, giving a wine which is truly different. Siccari has an intense bouquet reminiscent of damsons. Voluptuous and silky smooth, has layers of luscious fruit flavours, from raisins to Morello cherries.
