To Ol Whirl Domination IPA (440 ml), €3.20
Whirl Domination is the first IPA to be brewed in To Øl City, Svinninge. It serves as our flagship IPA and is super juicy and brewed with great amounts of hops, mostly added in the whirl pool. Hazy due to the use of wheat and thick as a result of the oats added. It's the first cavalier of our hoppy world domination - drink it, and embrace the future.. Our flagship IPA - a super hazy beverage stuffed full of citra, mosaic, amarillo, and idaho 7 hops. With lots of oats and wheat to make it as hazy as possible! Visual: - Golden color with yellow hues, thick/opaque haze, medium foam with bigger bubbles. Aroma: - Strong stone fruit, strong ripe pineapple, some citrus - lemon and orange, mature kiwi, bubble gum. Strawberry comes through and becomes more prominent as the beer warms. This is the double IPA of any hop lover's dreams. Smack full of some of the best hops available, and with a body that can keep all of that bitterness in check and just make for a super juicy experience. Watch out for the strength on this one, cause you'll want another! This is our core double IPA, loaded with tons of simcoe, mosaic, citra, and cascade hops. It is as hazy as they get and tropical and citrusy in flavor. Visual: - deep gold/orange, high haze, medium to high amount of lingering white foam Aroma: - tropical fruit, papaya, strong stone fruit, some pine, grapefruit, a bit dank, garlic that melds with other aromas in a positive way Taste: - quite sweet, there's bitterness there but it doesn't linger Mouthfeel: - thick body, slight astringency, boozy mouthfeel, minimal to no linger

This is a "modern" IPA using a blend of simcoe, amarillo, and citra hops. It is a bit hazy, but not like #DIPA level. Rather than trying to make the richest flavor on the planet, it is a good balance between drinkability and juicy flavor, which is the latest way IPAs are trending. Visual: - Light orange color with a medium haze and a moderate amount of white foam. Aroma: - Peach and other stone fruit as well as mango, pineapple, orange and grapefruit. These are followed by some more subtle notes of blackberry & rose geranium. Taste: - Light bitterness and subtly sweet.
