Preparation & Usage
Your Best Gintonic 1 Chill the glass in the freezer or fill it with ice and stir with a spoon until chilled. Strain out any water from the glass and top up with ice. 2 Flavour the rim of the glass by rubbing it with a citrus fruit zest before adding it to the ice. Other fruits may be used. 3 Now add Carmencita's botanicals. Use them as you like, but a pinch of each in the same glass is perfect. 4 Add 50ml of gin (approximately 1 espresso cup), but not more than 70 ml. 5 Pour in the tonic water, always 4 parts tonic to 1 part gin (200ml).
