Cooking Instructions 1 Place a non-stick pan on a medium to high heat for 60 seconds. Reduce heat and add 2 tablespoons of oil. 2 Add your Seriously Sound Chicken pieces and cook for 5 minutes. Cook until golden brown on both sides. 3 Remove from the heat and eat on its own or as part of another dish.
