Its crystal waters flow down to our property where sunlight and clean mountain air help ripen our grapes to perfection. Fermented in stainless steel and polished with a touch of french oak. This wine has citric and tropical fruit aromas and toasted flavors that linger on through the finish.

Our Bicicleta wine is a tribute to them and symbolizes our sustainable philosophy and commitment to the environment. Winemaker's Notes: A bright, yellow green Chardonnay with expressive lime, pineapple and white flower aromas together with a fruity palate with light mineral notes.

This Sauvignon Blanc has a straw yellow colour; it presents aromas of ripened citric fruit and herbs. In the mouth its body and freshness stand out. Although it is a dry wine, it gives a sweet feeling in mouth. Ideal temperature: 9 - 13°C
