Preparation & Usage
How to cook Pan Boxty: Step 1: For best results, fry on a hot pan in a little oil, butter or low calorie cooking spray for 2 - 3 minutes on each side until crispy and golden. Step 2: Serve immediately on its own or with your favourite toppings. Step 3: Tuck in and enjoy! Pan Boxty pizza, by adding your favourite toppings and oven cooking for 25 minutes at 200°C. Boxty Loaf fried as thick chips, served with hummus and crudité.
Storage Guidelines
Keep refrigerated between 0-4°C. Once open, use within 2 days. Suitable for home freezing
