Preparation & Usage
Shake pack before use as contents may settle. Use approximately 1kg of fruit to 1kg of Gem Jam Sugar. Place fruit into a large saucepan and add Gem Jam Sugar. Gently heat the mixture while stirring continuously, until the Gem Jam Sugar has fully dissolved. Add a knob of butter, still stirring and bring the mixture to the boil. Boil vigorously for 4 minutes if making jam or 1 minute if making jelly. Remove from heat, pot and cover in the usual way.

Store in a cool, dry place.
