Made in the traditional style, this champagne is very elegant. Pale gold in colour with fresh and delicate aromas of lemon and apple. Its perfect balance and crispness of flavours make it ideal as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to shellfish or smoked salmon. Best served chilled.

Pale yellow colour with fine bubbles rising to form a lasting crown; intensely fruity, on the palate it is classic Cava - fresh, well balance, with a very pleasant biscuity aftertaste.
