BBQ Lamb Burgers with Tzatziki, Baby Gem, Feta, and Tomato

1 pack SuperValu Signature Tastes Gourmet Lamb Burgers
100ml Plain yogurt
½ Lemon, juiced
1 Cucumber, grated and squeezed dry
100g Feta cheese, crumbled
1 head SuperValu baby gem lettuce, leaves separated
2 SuperValu beef tomatoes, sliced
4 Brioche or sourdough buns

- 1 pack SuperValu Signature Tastes Gourmet Lamb Burgers
- SuperValu Olive Oil
Tzatziki
- 100ml Plain yogurt
- 1 Clove garlic, finely chopped
- ½ Lemon, juiced
- 1 Cucumber, grated and squeezed dry
Garnish
- 100g Feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 head SuperValu baby gem lettuce, leaves separated
- 2 SuperValu beef tomatoes, sliced
- 4 Brioche or sourdough buns
Method
- Tzatziki: Combine all tzatziki ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Drizzle burgers with SuperValu olive oil. Sear on a hot barbecue until browned on each side. Move to a cooler part of the barbecue.
- Top with tomato and feta. Close the barbecue lid to melt the cheese.
- Toast the buns. Fill with baby gem leaves, a generous dollop of tzatziki, and the cooked lamb burgers.
