SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS Although all our meat products are cut and packed under strict hygiene conditions, raw meat products may contain bacteria that could potentially cause illness, if mishandled or cooked incorrectly. Store raw meat separate from other foods. Wash all work surfaces, utensils and hands after preparing raw meat. Keep hot foods hot. It is safer to defrost meat in a refrigerator rather than at room temperature. Warning: Although every care has been taken to remove all bones, some small bones may remain.
Storage Guidelines
Keep refrigerated at 0-5°C. Do not open until ready to use. Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours. Do not exceed the use by date. Burgers and bacon suitable for freezing. If freezing, freeze on day of purchase and consume within one month. Defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze once thawed. For use by date, see top of box.
