Teacher's Blended Scotch Whisky (70 cl), €26.50
Teacher's Highland Cream is a smooth and complex whisky, renowned for its high malt content. The diligent blending process creates a richer Scotch with a balanced smoky peatiness, offering a flavour closest to the original taste of Scotch whisky. A dram of Teachers, served with water, brings the deliciously rich smoky notes and the signature creamy finish to life. It's the perfect Scotch whisky to relax with, and enjoy during genuine moments with close friends, family & peers. Following traditions set down by William Teacher in the 19th Century, each drop is carefully crafted using fully smoked peated single malt whisky from the Ardmore distillery. The signature whisky in every blend of Teacher's Highland Cream, it gives an incredible depth and smokiness combined with rich undertones. From the gritty streets of Glasgow to the lush hills of Aberdeenshire, the distinct and recognisable taste of Teachers reliably represents its heritage. It's the story of a craft that runs generations deep. It was in Glasgow where William Teacher started adding more than the usual amount of malt to his blended whisky, over 180 years ago. He wasn't one to worry about public opinion. More malt meant better taste. It gave Teachers its own light and golden glow, and still does to this day. This peated malt distilled in Aberdeenshire's Ardmore Distillery is still the soul of the whisky. It stands as proof that one man's self-belief can make good things happen.
