Quick Bircher Muesli with Apple & Blackberry Yoghurt

200g porridge oats
60g toasted cashews, chopped
2 teaspoons chia seeds
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
4 tablespoons Ballymaloe Apple & Blackberry Yoghurt
100ml milk (coconut or your preference)
1 orange, peeled and segmented
1 banana, sliced
Splash of honey or maple syrup (optional)

- 200g porridge oats
- 60g toasted cashews, chopped
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- 4 tbsp Ballymaloe Apple & Blackberry Yoghurt
- 100ml milk (coconut or your preference)
- 1 orange, peeled and segmented
- 1 banana, sliced
- Splash of honey or maple syrup (optional)
Method
- In a bowl, combine oats, cashews, chia seeds, and cinnamon.
- Stir in yoghurt, milk, and sweetener (if using). Let sit for 15 minutes, or ideally, chill in the fridge overnight.
- Just before serving, mix in orange segments and banana slices.
- Serve, topping with extra banana if desired. Enjoy!
