Preparation & Usage

To Make Your Scones You Need: 110g of butter (at room temperature), 70ml of natural yogurt and 2 medium eggs. Preheat oven to 190ºC or 210ºC for non-fan assisted ovens. 1. Empty the dry scone mix into a bowl. 2. Work the butter into the dry mix. 3. Mix the eggs and natural yogurt together in a jug. 4. Add the egg and natural yogurt mix into the dry mix and whisk gently. 5. Using a large spoon place a dollop of the mixture onto a greased or lined scone tray. Mould to individual flat shapes. 6. Bake in the centre of the oven for 10 minutes. 7. Remove the tray form the oven and allow to cool. 8. Allow the baked scones to cool, and enjoy.

Store in a cool dry place. For best before, please see side of the pack.
