How to make... Step 1 Add 2 scoops of overnight oats (45g) to a bowl Step 2 Add 3 scoops (120ml) of apple juice* then stir and cover Step 3 Refrigerate at a min 5ºC overnight or for a minimum of 2 hours Step 4 Add 1 scoop of natural yogurt (optional) stir and enjoy! *Can also use dairy or plant based milk Tasty Tip Add crushed nuts, grated apple, fresh fruit or seeds in the morning before serving
