Farmhouse Beers from Donegal At Kinnegar we pair brewing tradition with a contemporary sense of adventure to produce clean, crisp, full-flavoured beers. The brewery is named after the beach beside its birthplace, just north of Rathmullan in Co Donegal, on Ireland's Wild Atlantic Way. Lough Swilly's natural and cultural history is captured beautifully in the Irish and English placenames that mark its coastal features. Beneath the Knockalla Hills lies Scraggy Bay, giving us a local maritime name for a style of beer with a great maritime past.

House Of Pale is one of the recipes we've taken from our beloved mad laboratory in Copenhagen, BRUS. A New England Pale ale with Ekuanot hops. It's seen many changes and tweaks over this year, experimenting with hop doses and overall ‘crispiness' - and now we're pretty sure we've got exactly what we've been looking for. Light, Crisp & beautifully fresh. This is THE Pale Ale to get your full bodied, juicy fix. Visual: - Light orange color with a heavy haze and persistent white foam. Aroma: - Grass like aromas of green leaves. Tropical notes of mango, pineapple,and peach. Coupled with citrus fruits, some biscuit and a light dank aroma. Taste: - Gentle sweetness and moderately bitter. Mouthfeel: - Medium body, light astringency and medium carbonation.

To Ol Whirl Domination IPA (440 ml), €3.50

Whirl Domination is the first IPA to be brewed in To Øl City, Svinninge. It serves as our flagship IPA and is super juicy and brewed with great amounts of hops, mostly added in the whirl pool. Hazy due to the use of wheat and thick as a result of the oats added. It's the first cavalier of our hoppy world domination - drink it, and embrace the future.. Our flagship IPA - a super hazy beverage stuffed full of citra, mosaic, amarillo, and idaho 7 hops. With lots of oats and wheat to make it as hazy as possible! Visual: - Golden color with yellow hues, thick/opaque haze, medium foam with bigger bubbles. Aroma: - Strong stone fruit, strong ripe pineapple, some citrus - lemon and orange, mature kiwi, bubble gum. Strawberry comes through and becomes more prominent as the beer warms. Taste: - Medium to high sweetness, slight juicy sourness, very light bitterness. Mouthfeel: - Medium to full body, smooth and slightly creamy, somewhat chewy, very light astringency
