Ingredients
35.5ml Jameson Caskmates
120ml Hot Apple Juice
Apple Fan
Grated nutmeg
1 Cinnamon Stick
75g Sugar
120ml Water
Directions
- Heat the apple juice until simmering in a saucepan.
- Add Jameson to a heat-proof glass and pour over the hot apple juice.
- Add cinnamon syrup and stir.
- Garnish with an apple fan & grated nutmeg.
- To make the cinnamon syrup:
- Combine the sugar, water, and cinnamon stick in a saucepan.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring until all the sugar has dissolved.
- Carefully remove the cinnamon stick and leave the syrup to cool.
