Ingredients
35.5ml Jameson Caskmates
120ml Hot Apple Juice
Apple Fan
Grated nutmeg
1 Cinnamon Stick
75g Sugar
120ml Water
Directions
  1. Heat the apple juice until simmering in a saucepan.
  2. Add Jameson to a heat-proof glass and pour over the hot apple juice.
  3. Add cinnamon syrup and stir.
  4. Garnish with an apple fan & grated nutmeg.
  1. To make the cinnamon syrup:
    1. Combine the sugar, water, and cinnamon stick in a saucepan.
    2. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring until all the sugar has dissolved.
    3. Carefully remove the cinnamon stick and leave the syrup to cool.
