They are carefully butchered and hand trimmed by our 3rd generation producer Oliver Cartys. Cut from our famous Irish Hampshire smoked bacon rack, these juicy, succulent steaks retain all of the flavour of the roast you know and love. Gently smoked over beechwood logs for a rich sweet flavour, its easy to see why our rack won the Ultimate Great Tastes Golden Fork award for the best food product in Ireland in 2012, and 2018.
