The grapes that give origin to Insigne grow at nature's rhythm and fully mature, expressing vivacity harmony and purity, making each variety unique. Bright ruby colour with intense aromas of red and black fruits. Cherries, blackberries and plums are present with a slight touch of spices and a lingering fruit finish.

Medalla Real was created in 1983 in honor of the Marqués de Casa Real Francisco García de Huidobro, who established the Chile´s first mint and an ancestor of the family that founded Viña Santa Rita. Alterra wines harness the intensity and flavours of Andes Mountain grapes, producing distinctive wines with varietal characteristics and superb ripeness. Rich texture with ripe cherry and berry aromas, and subtle smoky tones. Rounded in oak for 6 months, this wine has soft and integrated tannins and a pleasant finish marked by red fruits. Aresti Mystique Mystery One Reserva Red Blend (75 cl), €10.00

Vinification The grapes in this Red Blend were carefully harvested and vinified. Fermentation took place under controlled temperature conditions between 25 and 27°C to preserve the freshness, smoothness and intensity of aromas. Following fermentation, 50% of the blend was aged in third fill or older French and American oak barrels for six months and the remainder was aged in stainless steel vats to preserve its fruity aromas.

Aresti Mystique Mystery Two Reserva Carignan (75 cl), €10.00

Vinification The grapes were harvested in late March, crushed, and fermented at 26°C for 7 days, with a total of 12 days of skin contact. Afterward, the grapes were pressed. Malolactic fermentation took place in French and American oak barrels, where they continue to evolve and gain complexity during a 12-month aging period. Tasting Notes Intensely ruby red Carignan, offering complex notes of black fruits, earthy nuances, and delicate floral hints. Full-bodied with firm tannins, it boasts a long, persistent finish with echoes of chocolate and coffee.

Casillero Del Diablo Malbec (75 cl), €10.00

A full-bodied Malbec with delicious aromas of black fruit such as berries, plums and cherries, followed by black pepper and subtle touches of vanilla and black chocolate. Structured and round thanks to the presence of oak that has been excellently integrated. Long and elegant aftertaste.

Throughout the ages, the foothills of the Andes Mountains have been visited by many. History is spoken through the mysterious drawings, 'Petroglyphs', that cover the rocky hillsides of Viña San Esteban, inspiring this modern creation, In Situ. Our vines grow alongside these drawings to create this blend of 90% Carmenere, 5 % Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Syrah, a rich and silky wine that delivers an attractive nose with dark berries, pepper and forest scents. A unique wine to enjoy with teriyaki - based dishes, crispy duck or a juicy steak.
