Insigne is our line created to highlight Chile's most valuable assets: the beauty of its valleys and the richness of its fruits. The grapes that give origin to Insigne grow at nature's rhythm and fully mature, expressing vivacity harmony and purity, making each variety unique. Bright ruby colour with intense aromas of red and black fruits. Cherries, blackberries and plums are present with a slight touch of spices and a lingering fruit finish.

Our 120 Malbec is intense purplish-red in color, it has rich aromas such as cherries, plums, grenadine, and blueberries, along with violets, dried plums, and walnuts. A well-balanced wine that culminates in a smooth, lingering finish.

Aresti Estate Selection Merlot (75 cl), €10.99

This Merlot has a deep red color with intense aromas of fresh fruits, such as raspberry and touches of vanilla. It's a medium-bodied wine, sweet tannins in mouth and pleasant end. Best served with white meat, pasta dishes and cheese. Ideal temperature: 14 - 18°C

Medalla Real was created in 1983 in honor of the Marqués de Casa Real Francisco García de Huidobro, who established the Chile´s first mint and an ancestor of the family that founded Viña Santa Rita. Alterra wines harness the intensity and flavours of Andes Mountain grapes, producing distinctive wines with varietal characteristics and superb ripeness. Rich texture with ripe cherry and berry aromas, and subtle smoky tones. Rounded in oak for 6 months, this wine has soft and integrated tannins and a pleasant finish marked by red fruits. This Syrah presents aromas of ripe blackberry and spices, which blend with delicate notes of vanilla and caramel, due to the 12 months aging process in oak barrels.

Aresti Mystique Mystery One Reserva Red Blend (75 cl), €12.00

Vinification The grapes in this Red Blend were carefully harvested and vinified. Fermentation took place under controlled temperature conditions between 25 and 27°C to preserve the freshness, smoothness and intensity of aromas. Following fermentation, 50% of the blend was aged in third fill or older French and American oak barrels for six months and the remainder was aged in stainless steel vats to preserve its fruity aromas.

Aresti Mystique Mystery Two Reserva Carignan (75 cl), €12.00

Vinification The grapes were harvested in late March, crushed, and fermented at 26°C for 7 days, with a total of 12 days of skin contact. Afterward, the grapes were pressed. Malolactic fermentation took place in French and American oak barrels, where they continue to evolve and gain complexity during a 12-month aging period. Tasting Notes Intensely ruby red Carignan, offering complex notes of black fruits, earthy nuances, and delicate floral hints. Full-bodied with firm tannins, it boasts a long, persistent finish with echoes of chocolate and coffee.

Deep red in color. This elegant wine blends notes of blackcurrant, Cigar-box and chocolate. In the mouth, ripe tannins give the body and persistence that characterize a great Cabernet Sauvignon.

In Situ Gran Reserva Carmenere (75 cl), €10.00

Throughout the ages, the foothills of the Andes Mountains have been visited by many. History is spoken through the mysterious drawings, 'Petroglyphs', that cover the rocky hillsides of Viña San Esteban, inspiring this modern creation, In Situ. Our vines grow alongside these drawings to create this blend of 90% Carmenere, 5 % Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Syrah, a rich and silky wine that delivers an attractive nose with dark berries, pepper and forest scents. A unique wine to enjoy with teriyaki - based dishes, crispy duck or a juicy steak.
