Ingredients
1 Banana chopped
1 tbsp Butter melted, or melted coconut oil
3 tbsp Fresh blueberries (optional)
2 tsp Ground cinnamon
1 tbsp Honey
200g Jumbo oats
400ml Milk or almond milk
1 Pinch salt
3 tbsp Flaked almonds
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 bunch Mixed berries
2 tbsp Natural yogurt
2 tbsp Peanut butter or any nut butter

  • 1 Banana, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Butter, melted, or melted coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp Fresh blueberries (optional)
  • 2 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 200g Jumbo oats
  • 400ml Milk or almond milk
  • 1 Pinch salt
  • 3 tbsp SuperValu goodness flaked almonds
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

To Serve

  • 1 bunch Mixed Berries
  • 2 tbsp Natural Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Peanut Butter or any nut butter

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/gas mark 6.
  2. Place the oats, milk, butter/coconut oil, honey, vanilla, and a pinch of salt in a mixing bowl and stir well to combine.
  3. Transfer to a glass baking dish and sprinkle the cinnamon on top, then scatter over the chopped banana.
  4. Finish with the flaked almonds and blueberries, if using.
  5. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes, until nicely browned.
  6. Top with mixed berries, nut butter, or natural yogurt before serving.
