  • 50ml Roe & Co Irish Whiskey
  • 20ml Fresh Apple Juice
  • Soda Water
  • Ice
  • Pear slice, for garnish

Method

  1. Fill a glass with ice.
  2. Add 50ml Roe & Co and 20ml fresh apple juice.
  3. Top with soda water and stir gently.
  4. Garnish with a slice of pear.
