Baileys Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso

1 tsp Brown Sugar
Ice
Pinch of Cinnamon to garnish

- 30ml Baileys Original Irish Cream
- 2 shots Espresso (brewed)
- 1 tsp Brown Sugar
- Ice
- Pinch of Cinnamon, for garnish
Method
- Add brewed espresso and brown sugar to a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake vigorously for about 30 seconds until chilled and frothy.
- Fill a tall glass with ice and pour in the shaken espresso.
- Top with 30ml Baileys Original Irish Cream.
- Garnish with a pinch of cinnamon and serve immediately.
