Five Spice Turkey Stir-fry
This is a quick and easy stir fry recipe that’s full of flavour and a definite way to increase your vegetable intake, omit the Turkey for a vegetarian option.

Five Spice Turkey Stir-fry

Ingredients
2 tsp Five Spice Powder
8 - Mushrooms thinly sliced
1 tsp Rapeseed Oil
1 - Red Pepper thinly sliced
3 ml Sherry (optional)
1 tsp SuperValu Cornflour
1 clove SuperValu Garlic thinly sliced
100 g SuperValu Green Beans
1 - SuperValu Onion thinly sliced
500 g SuperValu Rice cooked as per pack instructions
2 tbsp SuperValu Soy Sauce
500 g SuperValu Turkey Breast thinly sliced
Directions
- In a bowl combine the soy sauce, cornflour, sherry and five spice, stir to combine into a smooth sauce.
- Heat the oil in a wok over a high heat and add the vegetables and stir fry for 2-3minutes.
- Add the cooked turkey breast and cook until cooked through.
- Stir in the soy sauce mix over the turkey and vegetable mixture and reduce the heat.
- Cook for a further 2-3 minutes until the sauce has thickened.
- To serve, divide the rice between 4 serving plates and add some turkey stir fry, drizzle with some wok juices and serve immediately.
