Paddy’s Whiskey Bramble

Ingredients

• 50ml Paddy’s Share Whiskey
• 30ml fresh lemon juice
• 15ml sugar syrup or maple syrup
• 6 blackberries
• Basil sprig & blackberry for garnish

Method

Prepare the base:

1. Muddle the 6 blackberries in the bottom of your glass.
2. Fill the glass with crushed ice.

Mix the cocktail:

1. Add whiskey, lemon juice, and syrup to a shaker tin.
2. Shake with a few cubes of ice until chilled.
3. Strain into the prepared glass over crushed ice.

Garnish:

1. Top with basil leaves and an extra blackberry.
