This wine has a deep black-cherry colour and an intense bouquet with scents of vanilla, fresh toast and coffee, entwined with notes of red berry fruit and dry plums. On the palate it is silky smooth, structured and complex with well-integrated oak, and a remarkable finish. Variety: 100% Tempranillo / Consumption: Consume between 16 and 18°C. Fleurie The most famous of all Beaujolais Villages. Made from the same Gamay grape as classic Beujolais but Fleurie is a heavier more powerful red. The same red berry fruits are evident, but now with some added complexity of darker fruits, pepper and Christmas spices make for a lovely, easy drinking but powerful red wine. Great with hard and soft cheeses and classic roasts, be it red or white meat.

Il Capolavoro is created with Italian love, carefully selected to be enjoyed with food and friends. Appassimento wines are created by doing a natural partial dehydration of the grapes, in order to produce a greater concentration of colours, aromas and flavours. This wine has an intense, deep ruby red color with a very fruity, rich, spicy and black pepper nose. The taste is also full of body, very intense and spicy, yet smooth and full of flavours.

Lady De Mour Margaux (75 cl), €37.99

This is Margaux in its purest form. Cabernet Sauvignon is supported by Merlot and a touch of Cabernet Franc that has been aged in oak for 12-15 months. Delicate notes of red berries on the nose, so very typical of Margaux. Elegant and well-structured ripe dark fruits combine with silky tannins giving the wine a wonderfully long and pleasing finish. Enjoy this wine now or age for 5 to 10 years.

Nugan Estate Scruffy's Shiraz (75 cl), €8.28

Scruffy works hard to keep our Shiraz bunches tight and our berries small and yields very low at around 4 tons per acre, which annoys our accountant. Daren Owers, our winemaker, insists on bunch sorting at harvest to make sure we only use the very best clusters. Most of the fruit is destemmed and pressed while a small portion is whole berry fermented. All parcels are kept separate during the winemaking process in our state of the art winery. We use a lot of smaller tanks as a result which is difficult, but necessary for the production of a quality wine. Pump overs and extended maceration times give us color and richness. We work with the best coopers and use a combination of French and American oak to mature this wine - 25% of which is new. Bench blending takes forever - there are so many variables and we return the final cuvee to tank for several months to come together before bottling. It's a lot of work and we really hope you enjoy the result. PS - This wine was sustainably farmed and produced in an effort to reduce our carbon footprint.

Well balanced, with sweet tannins and a velvety finish, Trivento Reserve Malbec is ideal with meats and tomato dishes.
