Old Fashioned 50ml Buffalo Trace, 5ml Volare sugar syrup/ or a sugar cube, 3 dashes Regan's Bitters. Add the sugar and bitters into a small tumbler/rocks glass and mix with a spoon until combined. Fill the glass with large ice cubes and stir in the Buffalo Trace. If you have an orange at home, garnish with a small piece of orange.
