Ocean Gin Born out of a love of the place where wild ocean and sprawling hills meet, the Beara Peninsula. Beara Ocean Gin, hand crafted in small batches, is a spirit infused with Atlantic salt water and Ventry harbour sugar kelp. Hand-picked fuschia, the iconic flower of West Cork, is combined with traditional gin botanicals to create a well-balanced easy drinking gin that transports you to the little fishing village of Castletownbere. We infuse our Beara Ocean gin with Atlantic sea salt water which adds a touch of saltiness. Balanced by traditional gin botanicals which are combined with hand-picked Peninsula Fuchsia and sustainably harvested Sugar Kelp to add delicate floral notes, a touch of sweetness and an unmistakable perfume, making this a truly unique offering to the palette. Pink Ocean Gin Our Pink Ocean Gin uses our original Ocean Gin recipe but the addition of Cranberry and Rosewater gives the liquid an enticing pink hue and added flavour dimensions of fruity tartness and floral undertones.
