Cavan. Luke and his family rear this traditional breed with care, exclusively for SuperValu. These pigs produce meat that is exceptionally succulent and delicious. A combination of a carefully managed diet including home milled grains, and the hip hung tenderising process guarantees a rich, hearty taste and tenderness. Irish Hampshire pork is naturally leaner, more flavoursome and has richer red meat colour than standard pork.
