Wicklow, the Garden of Ireland, we use the finest Irish apples to make a cider that reflects the individual characteristics of both the apples themselves as well as the seasonal variations of each vintage. Our Ballyhook Flyer blend is made from 100% Irish apples. It is dry and elegant and possesses both fruit and savoury flavours which are prolonged on the palate by its natural freshness. We recommend drinking it with pork or poultry dishes, fine cheeses or of course just simply on its own.

After the main fermentation process, we give our beer the time it needs to mature a second time in the bottle. This extra time this allows ERDINGER Dunkel dark wheat beers’ delicious lively nature and the harmonious interplay of its various aromas to fully unfold. Brewed according to the Bavarian Purity Law.
