200 g Mushrooms Sliced
300 mls SuperValu Cream
450 g SuperValu Fusilli Pasta
2 cloves SuperValu Garlic, crushed
1 - SuperValu Garlic Baguette, To Serve
2 tbsp SuperValu Olive Oil
1 small SuperValu Onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp SuperValu Oregano
200 g SuperValu Parmesan Cheese Shavings
500 g SuperValu Quality Irish Chicken Fillets, cut into chunks
5 - SuperValu Rashers, chopped
Directions

Ingredients

    • 200 g Mushrooms Sliced
    • 300 mls SuperValu Cream
    • 450 g SuperValu Fusilli Pasta
    • 2 cloves SuperValu Garlic, crushed
    • 1 - SuperValu Garlic Baguette, To Serve
    • 2 tbsp SuperValu Olive Oil
    • 1 small SuperValu Onion, finely chopped
    • 1 tbsp SuperValu Oregano
    • 200 g SuperValu Parmesan Cheese Shavings
    • 500 g SuperValu Quality Irish Chicken Fillets, cut into chunks
    • 5 - SuperValu Rashers, chopped

Method

    1. Cook the pasta according to the packet instructions.
    2. In a frying pan, heat the oil and add the chicken and rashers and cook until golden brown and cooked through.
    3. Add the mushrooms, garlic and onion, cook for 2 minutes.
    4. Lower the heat, stir in the cream and Parmesan, warm through (do not boil) and season to taste with salt, pepper and dried oregano.
    5. Add the drained, cooked pasta and stir.
    6. Portion into pasta bowls, sprinkle some parmesan on top and serve with garlic bread.
