Ingredients
500g Supervalu self raising flour
2 medium free range eggs
500ml whole milk
1 tbsp melted butter
10 bananas
1 jar Signature Tastes Salted Caramel

- 2 cups or 500g Supervalu self-raising flour
- 2 medium free-range eggs
- 2 cups or 500ml whole milk
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 10 bananas
- 1 jar Signature Tastes Salted Caramel
Method
- Place the flour in a mixing bowl and crack in the eggs. Begin to combine.
- Add in the milk one cup at a time and whisk until fully combined.
- Add in 1 tbsp melted butter.
- Heat a non-stick frying pan and pour approximately 120ml pancake batter onto the pan when it's hot.
- Swirl the mixture until the base of the pan is fully coated. Cook for 2 minutes before flipping and cooking for a further 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and pop onto a plate. Set aside atop a pot of simmering water to keep them warm.
- Slice your bananas and place them on a lightly greased sheet of parchment paper.
- Pop into the air fryer for 10 minutes at 180 degrees. (Alternatively, place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.)
- Once all crepes are cooked, slather some Signature Tastes salted caramel across each one and place one full roasted banana in the center.
- Roll them up and enjoy with a little extra salted caramel if you fancy!
