2 large rooster potatoes, diced (3-4mm)
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp mixed herbs
¼ tsp garlic powder
3 tbsp olive oil
100ml SuperValu Signature Tastes Sweet Cherry Tomato & Spicy Chilli Pasta Sauce
8 slices Applewood Smoked Cheddar
6 tbsp Garlic Mayonnaise (optional)
4 Brioche Burger Buns
40g salad leaves

- 4 SuperValu Signature Tastes Beef & Chorizo Burgers
- 2 large rooster potatoes, diced (3-4mm)
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp mixed herbs
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 100ml SuperValu Signature Tastes Sweet Cherry Tomato & Spicy Chilli Pasta Sauce
- 8 slices Applewood Smoked Cheddar
- 6 tbsp Garlic Mayonnaise (optional)
- 4 Brioche Burger Buns
- 40g salad leaves
- Salt
- Pepper
Method
- Make the Bravas: Preheat oven (200oC) or air fryer (180oC). Toss potatoes with oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and herbs. Air fry for 15 minutes or oven bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through. Set aside
- Cook the Burgers: Heat BBQ or griddle pan. Grill burgers over indirect heat (or medium/low) for 4-5 minutes per side, until cooked through.
- Place cooked potatoes on top of the burgers. Top with sauce, cheese, and salad leaves. Melt cheese under a lid (BBQ) if desired

- Toast burger buns and spread with extra sauce and garlic mayo (if using).
