After harvest, we whole bunch press the fruit and then ferment at slow cool temperatures to capture all those delicate natural aromas and flavours. After it settles, straight to the bottle. It's all about the fruit, fresh citrussy flavours in a glass. PS - this wine was sustainably farmed and produced in an effort to reduce our carbon footprint.
