Homemade Beef Meatloaf

If you’re struggling to get your kids to eat more veg, meatloaf is an ideal way to sneak some into their diet. You can blitz raw or roasted veg in a blender and mix it in with the meat. The more raw veg you use the more liquid you’ll have at the end, so just make sure to drain it all off.
