Once harvested, a parcel of this Shiraz was dried on specialized racks to create flavour intensity and concentration. Attractive aromas of cherry and plum with dark chocolate, earth and herbaceous notes, followed by a long and complex palate of black cherry with savoury nuances and smooth velvety tannins.
