How to cook the perfect steak
- Take your steak out of the fridge 20 mins before cooking it.
- Heat your pan, griddle, or BBQ until smoking hot with a little oil.
- Sear the steaks on each side until they achieve a nice dark sear.
- Don't serve immediately. Let the meat rest for 5 mins.
- Pop some butter on top of the steak and allow it to melt.
