Dunn's of Dublin have been smoking salmon since 1822. Although times have changed our recipe has not. We use the finest quality fresh salmon reared in the fast flowing waters of the Atlantic Ocean. Each fillet is hand salted and smoked over the finest quality oak chips.

Preparation & Usage

Serving Suggestion: Remove product from packaging and separate slices 15 minutes before serving. This product is ready to eat. Try something Different Our smoked salmon is delicious simply served on Irish wheaten bread with Irish butter and a squeeze of lemon juice but why not try something different: Spread Irish cream cheese on a freshly toasted bagel, layer with Dunn's smoked salmon and crack some fresh black pepper over the top. Cut into strips and add to scrambled eggs. Serve on warm buttered toast Spread cream cheese on a tortilla wrap, add some iceberg lettuce, layer on some smoked salmon and some capers. Roll the tortilla and enjoy!

Storage Guidelines

Keep refrigerated at 0-5°C until ready to use. Refrigerate after opening and use within 2 days. Do not exceed use by date. Suitable for home freezing. This product may have been previously frozen and defrosted under controlled conditions. Further freezing will not affect the quality. Freeze on day of purchase. Use within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly before use. Use within 24 hours of thawing. Do not refreeze.
