100ml Tomato sauce
125g Grated mozzarella
4 Superquinn sausages
75g Caramelised onions
8 Cherry tomatoes
8 Mini mozzarella balls
1 Black pudding

- 100ml Tomato sauce
- 125g Grated mozzarella
- 4 Superquinn sausages

Method
- Prepare the base: place the pizza dough on a baking tray. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the base and sprinkle the grated mozzarella over it.
- Add the toppings: scatter the cooked and crumbled black pudding and sliced cooked sausages across the pizza.
- Distribute the cooked cherry tomatoes around the pizza. Place the mini mozzarella balls across the top.
- Bake the pizza: place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes at 180°C, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
- Finish and serve: once baked, top the pizza with fresh rocket leaves and spoon over the caramelised onions.
