Our Butcher's Cooking Tips

How to cook the perfect steak

  1. Take your steak out of the fridge 20 mins before cooking it.
  2. Heat your pan, griddle, or BBQ until smoking hot with a little oil.
  3. Sear the steaks on each side until they achieve a nice dark sear.
  4. Don't serve immediately. Let the meat rest for 5 mins.
  5. Pop some butter on top of the steak and allow it to melt.
