Preparation & Usage

Bake Your Own Multigrain All you need is 300-350ml milk/water 900g/2lb loaf tin To Make 1. Preheat oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas 6. Grease the 2lb/900g loaf tin. 2. Empty contents of pack into a mixing bowl, add milk/water. Mix thoroughly with a spoon. 3. Transfer the dough into the tin. Spread evenly, smooth the surface with the back of a spoon dipped in water and dust with flour if liked. 4. Make a cut 2cm / 3/4" deep lengthwise along the centre of the dough. 5. Bake on the middle shelf of the oven for 40-45 mins. or until golden brown. 6. Turn out onto a wire tray and cool completely before slicing. Fan Oven: As baking characteristics of fan ovens vary, always check your manufacturer's guidelines. Enjoy!
